By accessing, browsing, or otherwise using any part of the POST CINE® website, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions in full, without limitation or qualification. POST CINE® reserves the right to amend these terms at any time, and your continued use constitutes acceptance of any changes.

1. PRICES AND PAYMENT TERMS

All prices displayed on the POST CINE® website are subject to change at the sole discretion of POST CINE®. Prices listed are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. You are responsible for all fees associated with shipping, packaging, and any other charges incurred in the fulfillment of your order, which will be clearly presented during checkout. Payments must be made in full at the time of placing the order. POST CINE® reserves the right to decline or cancel orders for any reason, including errors in pricing or product availability. We accept all major credit cards, PayPal, and any other payment methods specified on the website.

2. ORDER ACCEPTANCE AND PROCESSING

Placing an order on the POST CINE® website constitutes an offer to purchase. All orders are subject to review and acceptance by POST CINE®. Confirmation of your order does not signify our acceptance, as POST CINE® reserves the right to cancel any order at its sole discretion, particularly in the event of inaccurate pricing, descriptions, or other factors beyond our control. You will receive a final confirmation once your order has been processed and approved for shipment.

3. PRODUCT AVAILABILITY AND SPECIFICATIONS

All products, services, and specifications described on the POST CINE® website are subject to change without notice. While we strive to ensure accuracy in product descriptions, POST CINE® makes no warranties or representations regarding the accuracy, completeness, or correctness of any information on the site. Images, descriptions, and specifications are provided as a general guide and may not reflect the exact characteristics of the final product. POST CINE® disclaims all liability for any discrepancies.

4. SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

POST CINE® will endeavour to process and dispatch orders within a reasonable timeframe; however, we do not guarantee any specific delivery dates. The risk of loss or damage passes to the customer upon dispatch. POST CINE® is not responsible for delays, damages, or failures caused by third-party shipping companies, customs clearances, or other circumstances outside our control. Any additional customs duties, taxes, or import fees are the sole responsibility of the buyer.

5. TITLE AND RISK

Ownership of the products transfers to you only upon full payment of the purchase price. However, risk of loss or damage transfers to the customer once the goods leave our premises or are in the custody of a shipping provider. POST CINE® is not liable for products that are lost, stolen, or damaged after dispatch.

6. RETURNS, REFUNDS, AND EXCHANGES

All sales are final unless otherwise explicitly stated. Returns and exchanges will only be accepted if the goods are defective or incorrect, and must be reported within 7 days of receipt. Returned goods must be in their original, unused condition and packaging, along with proof of purchase. POST CINE® reserves the right to inspect and verify the condition of any returned products before issuing a refund or replacement. The customer bears the responsibility for all return shipping costs, except in cases where the product is found to be faulty.

The following products cannot be returned :

• Products that we manufacture especially for you, such as canvas prints or custom products

• DVDs and software where the seal has been broken after delivery

• Products that can no longer be sold for hygienic reasons and whose seal has been broken after delivery, such as in-ear headphones

For consumables, such as batteries and printer ink, it is not necessary to break the packaging or seal. By opening the packaging, we can no longer sell the products. A depreciation of 100% may be charged for an opened package or broken seal.

7. WARRANTY AND LIABILITY DISCLAIMER

POST CINE® provides a limited warranty on specific products, details of which are outlined with the product information. Beyond this, all products and services are provided “as is” and “as available” without any express or implied warranties, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. POST CINE® disclaims any and all liability for direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of or inability to use the website, products, or services, even if POST CINE® has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

8. FORCE MAJEURE

POST CINE® shall not be held liable for delays or failures in performance caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, acts of war, terrorism, labour strikes, supply shortages, or failure of third-party logistics providers.

9. EXPORT AND INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

For international customers, all export sales are final. Customers are responsible for ensuring that they comply with all applicable laws and regulations regarding the import of goods into their country. POST CINE® is not responsible for any customs delays, duties, or fees imposed by your local authorities. All products are sold FOB (Free on Board), meaning that the risk and title pass to the customer once the goods leave our facility.

10. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

In no event shall POST CINE® or any of its affiliates, directors, employees, or agents be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with the use or inability to use the website or its products, even if POST CINE® has been advised of the possibility of such damages. The total liability of POST CINE®, whether in contract, tort, or otherwise, is limited to the amount paid by the customer for the specific product or service in question.

11. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS

All content available on the POST CINE® website, including but not limited to text, images, logos, and design, is protected by intellectual property laws. Any unauthorized reproduction, distribution, or use of such content is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action. POST CINE® reserves all rights to its trademarks and trade names.
